Short version: full refund before work starts, a fair one after. The detail is below.
Before work starts
If you cancel before I have started on the brief, you get a full refund of what you paid, minus nothing.
After kickoff
Once work has started, the refund is what you paid minus the work already delivered, valued at the rates of the pack or quote. Drafts and first cuts count as delivered work. You keep whatever has been delivered.
Retainers
Retainers renew monthly. Cancel any time before the next billing date and nothing further is charged. The current month is not refunded once edits for it have started; unused edits in a cancelled month are credited to a final delivery, not refunded.
Ad creative sets and custom projects
The 50% kickoff payment is refundable in full until work starts, then follows the after-kickoff rule above. The balance is only ever charged on final delivery.
How to ask
Email contact@walidelomari.com with the invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days. Please ask me before opening a dispute with your bank; it is faster and it keeps the relationship intact.

Payments taken by ShiftGrid Labs LLC are refunded by ShiftGrid Labs LLC. Payments invoiced by Walid El Omari are refunded by Walid El Omari.
