Who is responsible

Packs bought on this site are contracted and paid to ShiftGrid Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Custom projects are contracted with Walid El Omari, Casablanca, Morocco. Both are run by Walid El Omari. For anything on this page, write to contact@walidelomari.com.

What I collect and why

Contact form: your name, email or phone, the service you pick, your message, and a brief link or file if you add one. Used to reply and to quote. The form is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms.

Call booking: your name, email, the time you choose and any notes, through Cal.com. A Google Meet link is created for the call.

Payments: handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. I receive your name, email, billing address, business name and tax ID if you give them, and what you bought. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach me.

Project files: footage, briefs and brand assets you send are used only to make your videos.

What the site measures

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and loading speed without cookies and without identifying you. The site sets no cookies of its own. It keeps one flag in your browser for the current visit so the intro animation plays only once.

Content loaded from other services

Videos are served from Cloudinary and fonts from Google Fonts. Some project pages embed YouTube players and read view counts from the YouTube API. These services receive your IP address when they load, under their own privacy policies, and YouTube may set its own cookies when a player loads.

Who receives your data

Only the services named on this page, and only to run the site, the booking and the payments. I never sell personal data and never pass it to advertisers. Data is shared beyond them only if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records, invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years. Project files: kept while we work together and afterwards so re-cuts stay possible, and deleted when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email contact@walidelomari.com and I answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also contact your data protection authority. In Morocco, that is the CNDP.

Transfers outside your country

The services above store data mainly in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your country. They rely on standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.

Security

Access to the inbox, the Stripe account and file storage is limited to me and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
